Client Portal Guide

Your White Goose team member will send you an email invitation to join the portal. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from White Goose Estate Sales.

Click the link in the invitation email. You'll be prompted to set a password and create your secure account. This only takes a minute.

Visit the White Goose website and click 'Client Portal' in the navigation menu. Sign in with the email and password you just created.

Once signed in, you'll see your project card on the dashboard. Click it to open your full project detail page with all dates, status updates, and information about your auction.

Your project page shows a step-by-step status tracker — from Contract Signed all the way to Project Completed. The current stage is highlighted so you always know where things stand.

Use the messaging section at the bottom of your project page to communicate directly with your White Goose team. You can mark messages as questions to flag them for a response.

The bell icon in the top navigation shows you any unread notifications — new messages, status changes, and answered questions. Tap it anytime to see what's new.
