Reporting Your Hours

Find the 'My Hours' card and click anywhere on its header to expand it. This reveals the hours entry form and your weekly log.

In the 'Log Hours' form, set the date field to the day the work was done. It defaults to today, so change it if you're logging a past day.

Select the project you worked on from the dropdown. For non-project work, pick 'Admin' or 'Marketing' under the General section. Only active (non-completed) projects appear.

Type the number of hours in quarter-hour increments (e.g. 2.25, 4.5, 7.75). Then add a short memo describing what you worked on — this helps with reporting.

Hit the 'Log Hours' button. Your entry saves instantly and the form clears, ready for the next one. Add as many entries as you need for the day.

Below the form, your entries for the current week appear with a running total. Use the ‹ and › arrows to move between weeks and check past entries.

Made a typo or logged the wrong project? Click the trash icon next to any entry to remove it, then re-log it correctly. There's no edit, so delete and re-add.
