Team Setup Guide

Use the 'Team Login' button in the top navigation to sign in with your White Goose team account. You'll have either an 'admin' or 'team' role which gives you access to the team tools.

After signing in, click your name in the top right and select 'Team Dashboard'. This is your central hub for all active projects, unread client messages, and upcoming deadlines.

Before creating a project, check Client Intakes in the Team Dashboard. If the client submitted a consultation request, their details will already be there — including name, email, property address, and notes.

From the portal or team dashboard, click 'New Project'. Fill in the project title, client name, and — most importantly — the client's email address. This email is how the client is linked to the project.

After creating the project, invite the client by going to the main navigation, clicking your account dropdown, and using the platform's invite feature. Enter the client's email and assign them the 'user' role.

Open the project and fill in all relevant dates: auction start/end, pickup dates, cleanout date, donation pickup, and the AuctionNinja listing URL. The more complete this is, the more useful it is for the client.

As the project progresses, update the status from the Team Dashboard (quick update) or inside the project detail page. Each status change automatically sends an email notification to the client.

When a client sends a message or marks something as a question, it appears in your 'Needs Response' panel on the Team Dashboard. Open the project and reply in the message thread.
